Delivery Options and Timeframes

We know you're excited to get your gear, so let's make sure it arrives on time!

  • When will my order be shipped?
    Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM (PST) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours, subject to product availability and payment clearance. Orders made after 3 PM or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Need your order faster?
    Select Express Shipping at checkout for a faster delivery option. Please note, express orders placed Friday after 1 PM or on weekends will be processed on Monday.

  • Overnight Shipping?
    While we don't offer overnight shipping online, you can contact us directly to check availability for urgent needs.

  • Tracking Your Order
    After your purchase, an email confirmation and tracking details will be sent to you. Use the tracking link anytime to see your package's progress.

  • Changes to Shipping Address
    If an error is noticed in your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details. Address changes can't be made once an order has shipped.

  • Handling Returns
    If your package is undeliverable or refused, you'll receive a notification. We can re-send once we confirm your address.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages
    We can't responsible for packages lost or stolen once delivered. For such issues, please contact USPS directly.
